The Ming Terrace - Prepares
Mandarin and Cantonese Cuisine served in an exotic Far
Eastern atmosphere. The extensive menu includes such
delights as abalone, Peking Duck, double-cooked pork
with cabbage, and dozens of other traditional favorites.

The Seahouse - This
fisherman's paradise features the freshest and tastiest
seafood dining experiences. Entrees include lobster,
crab, grilled fish and ethnic delicacies all prepared in
our exhibition-style kitchen. Chicken and steak are
available for landlubbers. Open Fri-Mon at 5 p.m.

The Embers - An intimate
dining environment where succulent steak, prime rib,
lamb, veal and seafood dishes turn a meal into a dining
experience you'll remember for a lifetime. One of the

The Rib House - A relaxed
atmosphere that serves up the best traditional western
fare featuring mouth-watering barbecue ribs and chicken.
Original sauces and down-home flavors include blackened
and Cajun entrees. Open Tue-Sat at 5 p.m. Located in the

Pizza Palace - With a touch
of Italy, The Pizza Palace is known for its large
portions of traditional Italian dishes and authentic
pizzas, made to order with a large assortment of
toppings. Open daily at 11 a.m. Located in the Dining
Plaza, fifth floor.
Teahouse & Imperial Buffet
- 24-hour coffee shop and home of the Imperial Buffet.
Emperor's Buffet - A great
variety of fresh salads, fresh fruits, soups, juices,
tasty entrees, desserts and beverages. Tax not included
in price.
Burger Palace - Tasty
hamburgers, chicken and fish sandwiches, fries, salads,
donuts, pastries, soft drinks and other treats.
Betty's - An ideal place
for early morning coffee, espresso, cappuccino, rolls,
hot dogs, sandwiches, fudge, nachos and beverages.
Betty's Diner also dishes up ice cream, shakes and
sundaes. Located on the main floor in the shopping
arcade.
Tequila Joe's - Frozen
daiquiri and full-service bars, featuring a variety of
fast foods, including burgers, wings, shrimp, salads,
salsa and more. Dance Club, LIVE DJ's.

Legends in Concert
- is a live, on-stage recreation of the performances of a select
group of superstars from the past and present. The talented
performers not only sound like the original stars, they look and act
like them too.
You will see spectacular performances by incredible look-alike and
sound-alike superstars such as Elvis Presley, John Lennon, Marilyn
Monroe, Shania Twain, Garth Brooks, Cher, Elton John, Michael
Jackson, Madonna, The Beatles, Liberace, Dolly Parton, The Blues
